Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey to hold business forum in Kars

 Azerbaijani Minister for Economic Development Shakhin Mustafayev will represent Azerbaijan at the trilateral business forum of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia, Trend reports.The forum will be held in Kars on June 9. Attendants will discuss agriculture, construction, tourism, textiles, real estate, healthcare and other spheres.Related structures of the three states will organize meetings. Businessmen will also attend bilateral meetings.

BP considers BOTAS infrastructure temporary replacement for TANAP

 BP representative in Turkey Bud Fackrell (responsible for BP Turkey activities in Azerbaijan and Georgia) said that BOTAS infrastructure may be used for transport of Azerbaijani gas, unless the TANAP Gas Pipeline is ready on time, Trend reports.Gas transport from Shah Deniz-2 to Europe requires realization of six projects worth a total of $40 billion. It is the largest energy project that needs to be realized.
